Blackworth Custom Trucks is a dream builder; there's no doubt about it. Not only are dreams brought to life, but each person who chooses to do business with them is served well and treated like family.
Speaking of family, Dallas Good (founder) grew up in a trucking family. His father, Dale, runs a transport company. Dallas gained experience as a truck owner, truck driver, and truck mechanic. He's been getting trucks in shape for as long as he can remember.
Dallas was a fleet maintenance mechanic when his trucking buddies started bringing their rigs over to get paint work done. After a while, these side jobs began stacking up. Out of necessity, Dallas began turning requests for paint work away but realized he had a decision to make. He decided to pursue this work instead and turn it into its own business. Dallas bought a paint booth and Good's Truck Service was born.

Fast forward 4 years and the business has grown to much more than a paint shop. Dallas and his team capably oversee truck rebuilds from start to finish. Truck owners come to Blackworth with a truck and a dream but are often struggling to visualize it. Dallas is gifted with listening to the vision and helping them visualize the final result. He can outline a clear path forward for how the project will successfully progress. Whether it's modifications on a newer truck or an older model in need of total restoration, Blackworth is up for the task.
Due to the business growth and an expanded scope of offerings, "Good's Truck Service" no longer felt like an accurate description or identification for the business. Dallas reached out to Bridge Brand to get advice about a possible rebrand. This collaboration resulted in the new name, "Blackworth Custom Trucks," and a new visual brand identity.
Why the name? "Blackworth" is a name Dallas has always appreciated. It carries class but isn't showy. This is precisely what Dallas is going for in his business -top notch quality without being obnoxious. Dallas' target customers are owner-operators or small businesses who are looking for functional and well designed trucks to enjoy their work every day. Blackworth is more memorable and distinctive than Good's, a family name commonly used in other local businesses, even within the trucking industry.
"Custom Trucks" also more accurately describes the current focused offerings as Blackworth takes your vision and tailors a custom solution to bring that vision to life. Not limited to body work, not limited to painting, Blackworth Custom Trucks is a one-stop shop for whatever your truck transformation requires. From minor work to frame replacement, Blackworth is your place. "Truck service" indicated fleet maintenance which Blackworth no longer offers.
Sometimes rebrands come with a little trepidation. You may be asking the following questions: "What is changing?" "Can I still count on the same service and experience I've enjoyed in the past?" The answer is a resounding "yes!" Dallas and his team are delighted to continue offering the same service and quality work you have come to count on. With a more focused offering, Blackworth can now dedicate their full attention to your truck rebuild or renovation project.
